I can TELL it is breaking down the foods in my body

Love the digestive enzyme tablets! It says on the bottle to take 3 a day. I only take them when my food doesn’t settle well. It works for me and I feel better after taking it!

Works great
Have been using this for about 6 weeks now. I have fatty liver and IBS. This helps my GI tract regulate so much, I can tell within 24hrs if I forget to take it. It is not a cure all but it definitely helps especially during flare ups.
