Easy to cut and lay and looks good

Most threshold strips I see locally are screw down, I wanted to avoid this as I suspect central heating pipes run under where I wanted it to go.There was a bit of a step between the rooms but this has compensated well.It was easy to cut with a hacksaw.In addition to the attached adhesive tape, I put a few blobs of Stixall under and placed some dumbbells on it whilst it set.So far so good.
