Wish I paid more attention to what I was ordering so I could get this in wide-screen instead of "full-screen". Good bunch of moments with no real redemption at the end, just college students graduating after an interesting year befriending a homeless man. Lots of commentary about homeless vets.

Everything as promised

I have often showed this movie in some of my classes, and it truly shows the value of respecting all people, regardless of how different they may be from you. Joe Pesci and Brendon Fraser play magnificent roles, and come together to show the real meaning of being an Honors student! All students, young and old, should learn the lessons in this movie! Highly recommended for all to see!

Joe Pesci is outstanding in the role of a Harvard "bum". I laughed and I cried through this one. It's a thought provoking story of a homeless man who ends up 'rescuing' a group of 4 college students from society's general outlook on life. This has become one of my most favorite movies. I highly recommend it.

With Honors (Snap Case) My husband was dying when we watched this movie. It was so moving for both of us. How the attitudes of all the boys changed when they really understood and then learned to respect and love this homeless man. You will not be dissappointed. My husband has since passed 2006 and I just watched it again 2010. Enjoy.

I had a friend that suffered the same fate as Pesci's character. (Aspesto poisoning from work.) We watched this video together & it was quite moving for both of us. If you watch this movie you will never forget it. Kindness is a choice we all must choose to make. Small things make huge ripples in the pond.

Best movie ever

This is a great movie and very hard to find.I am happy to have it and the service level.I do have to say that the case was not in great shape. Maybe I missed something but that was slightly disappointing

I saw this movie on TV once and enjoyed it enough to look online and buy it. As I was doing so I checked out a few movie rating sites and was surprised at how poor the opinion of it is. This film was never going to get an Oscar nomination, but I thought it was still a solid movie. Joe Pesci plays a very lovable character, in my opinion, and Brendan Fraser also gives a good performance. It reminds me of a "poor man's 'Good Will Hunting'" and I believe is vastly under appreciated.

A great movie. The story is uplifting with some fine performances by top actors and a heath touching ending. A movie well worth watching over and over.
