Terrible Quality
These were SOOOO frustrating. The balloons came with strings to hang them up but no holes punched. We had to tape the tab to the string, which looks tacky and took way more time! The fringe was short, and VERY cheap. I will never buy this type of pack every again. Definitely not worth the money we paid. So upsetting.

These balloons came with these paper pipes to blow these balloons up and they just set you up for failure. I wish I never bought these
