Best Provolone I’ve had in years!
When I was I. Vietnam my mother used to send me care packages with a 3lb ball of provolone a Genoa salami and pepperocini . THIS is the cheese! When you open the package, it will stink up the whole hose but in a great way! If you’re New York Italian, this is it! Thank You guys!

I am first generation american. My family comes form the city of Pompeii. I grew up in a small town near Chicago and my father would go to little Italy and buy this cheese. He was born in Italy so would not buy anything but the best. So i grew up eating this cheese and I am now 72 now and I still want only the best! That's why I buy this cheese for myself, so far I have eaten 1 pound of this wonderful cheese and I will Keep eating it as long as I can get it from this company. It is the best and it will arrive fresh! I have another pound on it's way that will arrive in the next few days and i have another pound in my Amazon cart that I will order probably in the next couple of weeks. It is the best and that's what I expect from this company and they deliver!! Well done!
