We purchased MANY of these pots and pans and they are fantastic! Stand up to reuse over and over, easy to clean, consistent in the results. LOVE them!!!!

Good value for the money. It’s not as deep as my old Dutch oven, but I don’t think it will be a problem. I wish the lid had a vent.

I'm pretty pleased with the five-quart dutch oven overall. Caveats: I haven't put it in the oven yet, and I've only used it a couple of times. The good: 1) It's light! (The lid is oddly heavy in comparison.) If you hang your pots, don't worry about hanging this one. 2) It's really great at even heat distribution. I cooked up a bunch of eggs (eight) and vegetables in it and didn't have to put it in the oven like with a frittata--everything got cooked. I was impressed. 3) Cleaning is a snap. So far, the nonstick works. I put it in the dishwasher, and no issues yet. 4) It's a nice size if you aren't cooking for a bunch of people. The less good: 1) As other reviewers mentioned, the handles get warm. They don't get hot, though, so it's okay. Probably a side effect of being able to put this in the oven. 2) It's light, so it does slide around on the burner. I cook on a gas range, not a flat-burnered stove, and it still happens. Stirring without a hand on it isn't likely to work well.
