Good stuff
I’ve used this on a couple of all grain batches and it’s really a go getter. Last batch I rehydrated and it really went crazy at a ferment temp of 70. No off taste and a 4 day fermentation.

Slow to start, but picks up steam after bit
It was a bit slow to start, but after 24 hrs it was going like hell! The finished product tasted just fine!

Maybe got a bad batch.
I believe I got a bad batch of this yeast, it wouldn't start. I ended up using other yeast and had to do some extra filtering because of the flavor.
