Not really all purpose flour
This was a weird product...my mom asked me whether it is really maida ? It felt and looked like sooji , tried baking with it , it felt very crumbly and just weird , this isn’t all purpose flour at all , pls don’t buy , couldn’t make any dish properly and it tasted bad , maybe this is why they made it compulsory to buy minimum 2 packets Bcuz it’s really bad .. don’t buy

Not a great alternative
Tastes too much of besan (gram flour).

Good flavour
The flavour is great and I used it to bake cookies, pancakes and cakes. The texture was mostly fine. The cake came out slightly stodgy so the next time I mixed it with a bit of APF. It was perfect after that.

Not very useful as an alternative to wheat flour
Tried to make muffins and chapatis. Both items left a gritty and tough texture after cooking Chapatis we're hard like papad

Nice flour for celiac and gluten intolerant people
Don't mind the first few comments critisizing this flour for being gluten free. Its a good quality flour, amazing taste, doesn't feel different than normal flours. Since this flour doesn't contain gluten, when you'll knead it, it won't come & together be sticky just like a regular flour. It'll be crumbly after you knead it because it has no gluten in it. And the cooked product would be less spongier than we get after cooking flour containing gluten. As a gluten intolerant person, i am so happy that this is in existence.

The rare gluten free flour mix that actually works
Using this regularly now for making gluten free breads. Taste is good, and it bakes a bit quicker than regular maida/wheat. Yes it’s a bit grainy but it still works fine. Don’t expect wheat-like 100% rise from gluten-free flour, it works best at 50% and bread may collapse if it goes to 100%. It always has to be used as single rise, no kneading. Lastly I making pasta from it, but that didn’t work at all as the gluten structure isn’t there to support long threads. Pics are of gluten free banana bread and mango bread, using this flour. It has worked better than all the others I have tried, frankly.
