Wrong accessories
The Lenovo Chromebook look nice but the plug that they sent to charge it was a big Hewlett packet plug for what I don't know. It did not fit The Lenovo. I sent for a label to send it back but my daughter happened to have a Lenovo plug. That saved the Day. Looking at the plug. I don't see how they could have mistaken that big industrial size plug for that Chromebook. Anyway, I am satisfied with the Chromebook and I will not send it back. Next time I hope they send the Right accessories for the item.

Seriously?
I ordered 2 for my kids to start homeschool. I'll start off by saying they turn on and work, battery holds a charge and functions OK. No physical damage to the computer and charger work perfect. Now the bad, it is NOT a touchscreen like it said in the description. And this computer is from 2012. That was not disclosed and because it is more than 10 years old it can't be updated being beyond 2022. It lags and it's glitchy and just not what I thought I was buying. For $62 it's OK, but it does not preform what I need it to do for homeschool. Very disappointed.

a hot mess
weather or not it's their issue or not; i absolutely hate this laptop. The storage is low, you can't add things to the home screen, it's slow and not touchscreen. don't buy this. save your time, money and effort.

Lairs not touch screen
Lairs lairs lairs. Not a touch screen. Main selling point is that it's a * touch screen* but it's not 😭😭😭😭😭 false advertising

Worked for 3 months then died.
Worked fine for three months to end the last school year (March to June). Tried to fire it up for the new school year this week in mid-August and the chrome book is dead. Battery won’t charge. Unit just shuts down. Of course the return window closed in June. Sucks but you get what you pay for sometimes.

Item is Not Touchscreen! Do not buy hoping it is touchscreen.

The product was shipped as stated. I thought it was a great deal. When I received the product it did not work. I was very disappointed.
