I have been taking this for many months now. I noticed effects in the first month. I measured it by my memory of passwords. I have many. I have a notebook that I had to use a lot before taking this. I now remember the bulk of my passwords without having to look them up. I think I'm using the part of my brain that used to remember phone numbers. Of course I haven't memorized a phone number since 2001. Lol! Overall my memory seems to be doing much better. I just wish they weren't so expensive!!!

These pills are LARGE and very difficult to swallow. If you don't get them to go down right, your throat will be in pain for hours.
