This is our second Crane animal humidifier to purchase. We have the pig one as well and have had it for two years. We just transferred the pig to ohr baby’s room and got this one for the toddler (now big sister). These things are quiet and put out a ton of cool steam. They are definitely cool and not hot steam, but our pediatrician recommended the cool. These are super easy to clean and fill. They are heavy when full, so I don’t worry about the toddler moving it around or breaking it. There is a red light that comes on when the unit is empty; otherwise the light stays green when in use. There is almost zero noise, and no wobble even with the feet. The animals are cute and look great in kid rooms. 10/10 recommend

We had one Crane Humidifier (Chip the Robot) and my daughter really wanted a Unicorn one. I was really excited to find this one, but it hasn't been nearly as reliable as the other one. After a few days the motor started making noises and was not nearly as quiet as the other one. I haven't contacted Crane yet, but I will soon to put in a warranty claim to get this one replaced. The Robot one we have hasn't had any issues, so I'm just assuming this one came out of a bad batch. Also, the lid on it doesn't fit as tight at the Robot one so the vaporized water comes out of the lid a little bit and not just through the ears like it's supposed to. I would buy it again, but don't expect something that will last for years to come.

For the Unicorn humidifier, it is easy to incorrectly place the front of the face in the wrong spot and the accumulated moisture underneath it will leak down the side and onto the surface it is sitting on. Be sure to test this on a water proof surface until you figure out the correct placement. Otherwise, it has a bit of a whining sound when on, but it works as it should.

Very cute diffuser for our daughter’s room! There’s a big range of how strong you want it to go. We put it on the 2 o clock position, and it’s enough to run for 2 days. Very pleased with this purchase, highly recommend
