Q: does this come with sword and helmet?

No it comes with the cape and armor and arm and shin guards, but the sword and helmet are separate. When we used it I got the Roman Gladiator Soldier Helmet Hat. It has the feather on the top and my little "guard" loved it!

If I am not mistaken this comes with everything except the sword, and the sandles the leg thingy yes.

Q: My son wears a size 10. What size should I order?

Its been a couple years since I purchased. I believe it was true to his normal size.
