For a drugstore brand, this highlighter is perfectly pigmented and is a true highlighter, not glitter. I’ve already hit pan on this one I like it so much and I would repurchase. Give it a try- I think you’ll be surprised!

This Rimmel High'Light Pressed Powder in the shade “Stardust 001” is much more subtle than I was anticipating. The color is a golden champagne and the formula is shimmery not glittery. I was able to build this highlight up to be a little more dramatic, but it’s still just a subtle highlight once I’m done. I would say the effect is comparable to the Essence highlighter. The formula for this Rimmel highlighter is sort of a cream but also a powder. It’s kind of strange. It’s a little difficult to pick up with a brush. I have to really press into the pan. I like this highlighter for my cheeks, but it wasn’t good for doing the inner corner highlight on my eyes. It’s just a little too subtle for my personal taste. I like to use one highlight for every part of my face that I want to highlight...with this one, I’d be reaching for another to complete my look.

The media could not be loaded. This comes with no outer product box. The compact is sealed with plastic around it. The ingredients are on the back. Ingredients include mica. (See photos for ingredients). There’s no cruelty free logo since Rimmel is not cruelty free.The compact is made of plastic. The bottom is black. The lid has black around the border and is clear in the center. The compact is a great size. Since it’s a highlighter, with this size, it’ll last me a loooong time!I got the shade “001 Stardust,” which is a light gold color. This is a BEAUTIFUL highlighter! It felt nice and smooth when I dipped my finger in to swatch it. I did 1 swipe with my finger on my arm. Then I took what was left on my finger and blended it around on my arm. (See photos). It looked beautiful! So I was really excited to try it out on my face!It’s just as beautiful on the face! It picks up great with a brush. You can apply a little for a light glow or can apply more for a blinding highlight. Both ways and everything in between look beautiful. It doesn’t emphasize any texture on my skin. It looks seamless!I’m loving this highlighter! This has become my go-to daily highlighter. I definitely recommend trying this highlighter out!

Love the product! Just needs to be packaged better. When it arrived the makeup was broken all to pieces. The case it was in was fine just the makeup part.

I'm in my 40's, so while I can still use highlighters, I don't necessarily want to sparkle. I really like this! I get just a hint of brightness, which is exactly what I wanted.What I really love is that this can be used everywhere. While I'm certainly not a MUA, I can rock a subtle highlight, as long as it's very subtle. I also really like using it around my eyes. This is priced well and is something all of us can use!

Rimmel High'Light Pressed Powder, Stardust 001, Pack of 1Love, love, love this highlighter from Rimmel! It's buttery soft, applies easily and blends like a dream. You can wear this quite subtly or build it up for a more dramatic effect. You can use a brush, sponge or your finger to apply and blend it and you get a different effect with each method. It's a the perfect champagne shade that flatters skin instead of looking slapped on top. Rimmel hit it out of the park with this one.
