I bought this polish for my little girl and I to use. We try to stick to using only natural, chemical free or low chemical products for our health. So that is why I ordered it. When applying the polish, it does leave streaks and you can see through to the nail. So it is good to put a second coat after drying. After the second coat, it still doesn’t cover completely and leaves streaks. It also chips quickly and easily. I’ve not tried the clear top or base coats so this may help with these problems. It is a bit pricey for it not to work so well. But if you value natural products and your health, then it may be worth it to you. The polish has ratings of 1 and 2 on the EWG database. It’s fun to have a safe to use. So I’m glad that we have it, but pros and cons have to be weighed.

I really liked the colors AND how the smell isn't overwhelming like other nail polishes. I also LOVE the fact that the ingredients score no higher than a 2 on EWG. Such a huge relief to find a company that I can trust to use on my children's nails.

Got this as a gift for my 2 year old niece who has been obsessed with polished nails and was trying to "paint" her own nails with crayons. It was a great and well priced option. It dried really quickly and my niece LOVED her nails and was so proud. Now the only "issue" was that her nails chipped constantly. Of course this was kind of by design because the polish is made to peel off easily so you aren't using acetone on a toddler, but it led to some dramatic screams of "omg, I broke a nail" by my toddler niece at Target multiple times. Overall would buy again, but not the most long-lasting option if that's what you are hoping for, this isn't for you.

This is a thin, relatively fast drying polish that is great for kids that just CAN'T wait for paint to dry. Takes about 60-90 seconds (forever in toddler time, I know). You either put it on think, or add a second coat. Either way, The polish starts to chip away practically overnight. As a long term nail polish? it's a disappointment

Bright colors and easy to paint.I use it for my 6 month old and also use it for myself since we're nursing.I wish it lasted more than a day, but I have experienced that issue with any non-toxic polish.It comes loose in the bath each night, but I just use it as an excuse to paint my little girl's nails a different color everyday!
