Great portfolio.. but issues with warranty?
I love this portfolio! It’s professional, sleek, and crafted well. However, upon arrival, there are instructions to sign up for 1 year warranty, and that website doesn’t work/does not exist. Would love for this issue to be fixed.

Finally a great deal
Looked for months to find a replacement portfolio for my iPad Pro 12.9…. This is perfect, well made, very nice looking and well designed… I’d like to see one or two see through card windows. Beautiful product, thank you

Beautiful and functional, but don't expect to personalize it.
I really like the looks and design of this portfolio. I was disappointed that the material is too thin to personalize with a laser engraving machine. The zippers and construction appear to be well made, but I had hoped to add the name of the gift recipient.

A decent portfolio but with some design flaws
The media could not be loaded. I was looking a a portfolio that could hold my ipad (12.9in pro) instead of a notepad. This looked like the most affordable quality option. Overall, this is a good product. I was worried with would be too bulky. It’s not, it is actually surprisingly compact. The material is decent, although the card slots feel very flimsy/ like they could be easily ripped out. The biggest flaw however, is that the tablet straps do not securely hold a 12.9 ipad without a case. The space ratio is too large. Either the bottom or the top is held on to, but not both. While tossing a case on fixes this issue, it also makes the product that much more heavier (a major drawback). Next, the buttons that hold onto the notepad piece are too small! The piece becomes unclipped by gravity alone. This is odd bc the button that secures the open face folder is VERY strong. These are the main drawbacks, however a few additions could make this product even better.1. A back pocket. Not only for storage but would be ergonomic to hold on to the portfolio while open.2. A see through slot on the inside. For ID or anything else, would be useful.3. A way to secure the clips when the notepad is removed. While small, still annoying you can’t just secure them with a magnet on the binding or something.
