I suffer from dehydration or some other mineral deficiency. So if I am having muscle cramping in feet, legs, back, wherever, I just grab one scoop into a glass of water and I palatize it with one packet of Emergen-C (orange, or the strawberry lemonade) into about 12 oz of water. This helps me so much to get rid of the muscle pain, relax the muscle so that I can function again.
