a must have in every modern day wc
I require the back flaps of these crisp toilet exhaust usha fan because over a period of time due to heat and dust the flaps are the ones which become brittle and break

Quality is not good
It flapper is not working well as it's open always.

Terrible plastic quality and after-sales support
The outer flaps on this fan are made of flimsy cheap plastic that crack and warp over time. On raising this issue with Usha and even offering to pay for the replacement parts, the customer service team at Usha flatly refused saying louver flap spares are not available for replacement at all. Never buying an Usha product again.
