This is an excellent supplement for hair and nail growth. My hair was starting to thin on top but now I've no issues. Also has strengthen my nails, have to keep trimming them, lol. I just add a scoop to my coffee and it dissolve easily and there is no taste.

No more pain in my elbows and knees, my nails are growing like crazy, easy to dissolve, just put the portion of collagen with very little liquid, with a fork mix very well until looks dissolved, then add the rest of liquid and that's it, I take this with milk.

Wife and I have been using this for a year. Sometimes the powder is white and dissolves as your pouring it into your coffee, other times it's beige and needs to be stirred to dissolve. Due to the inconsistency going to try another brand that may cost a bit more.

The item arrived with seal broken and the lid loose. Some of the content had leaked into the package and made it sticky. The Carlyle Multi Collagen Powder may have been contaminated as a result. Very risky to use, waste of money.
