I was looking for a solution to turn on and off my 2 HP submersible 3 phase pump for a long time. Not able to find any perfect solution that can do the same for me. While searching on Internet looking at Amazon I finally found device which looks promising. I was able to find this device which was capable of turning of a 3 phase submersible pump when the water tank is full. This device is not fully automatic and cannot turn on your pump when the water level is low but still it can turn off the pump when the water level is high or the tank is full. So it what's something which provided me a halfway solution for what I was looking for I ordered it and I received the product in next 5 working days. As soon as I receive the device I went up with the installation. As per the installation diagram we have to connect push to stop button wiring the the device or module. Unfortunately the motor starter I had, had a physical stop switch with no wiring. Reach out at the number provided with the instruction manual and I was guided how I can still use this device with my starter. I sent the photo of my starter and Mr hardeep helped Me with the wire I need to connect with the module and it was just one wire I need to connect to the module and it just worked right away. Testing I install the device to my water tank and now all I have to do is to start my bump when the water level is low and forget the rest. The water feels up to the level where I have installed the sensors it automatically turns off the motor so no more wastage of water we are overflow and no more wastage of electricity.I have found a solution to turn on motor automatically using a float switch. Used three wire products which which has NC and NO option. If the float switch is floating the connection is open and the motor does not start but if the water level goes down the connection is closed and the wires which are connected to start switch on the motor starter turns on the motor. If the water level goes down my water pump is automatically started and if the water level reaches to the top the installed sensor detects it and motor automatically stops.
