Q: Can it bend square tubing

Yes. Dies are sold seperately for square tubing as well as other profiles.

Q: Is the TR50 strong enough to handle 2" steel Schedule 40?

You will have to buy the 2" dies, expensive! Hope you have a whole lot of strength and patience. But it's possible. I used 1 1/2" conduit and it was kind of a fight but worked

Q: Will it bend 2'' .095 DOM tubing?

Yes but it takes a good number of times back and forth

Great Roller

Great product if youre looking to make arches or bend 1.5" metalgives the option to bend it at the desired anglerollers can be switched out for metal that is smaller or wider in size

Good Bender, bad shipping

Shaft and wheel were bent during shipping. No instructions or parts list included. Can't find either on their website. Contacted them and they said they would send a new shaft. But they haven't yet. We straightened the bent one out best we could and used it to bend top rail to create the radius for our little league fields. It worked but overall not satisfied with customer service.
