Q: The smell from the rubber tires is terrible! We put in out in the garage 3 weeks ago and it still stinks. Does the smell ever go away?

We never had a problem & we have stored the bike in our basement & in our garage. We have it for the grandkids. Are you sure the bike did not ride through some chemical . Try spraying the tires with vinegar water? Good luck.

Q: Is the adjustable handle removable?

Yes it is. It can be removed and adjusted for length also.

Q: why does it take up to 3 months to get? If i order now i won't get it until Oct.?

It didn’t take that long when I ordered it. Maybe it’s with a different manufacturer or it could be the virus holding things up.

Q: are the tires rubber?

Yes ... or some rubbery compound that looked and felt like hard rubber.
