Outstanding customer service (see additional information). Overall nice. Assembly is not that bad
*Based on an issue I had and the responsive vendors support, I am updating my review. See the additional edit below. Nice table set for our covered patio (the seat cushions could use a bit more foam, but overall they are very comfortable). Don't be put off by fear of assembly. able- the table is fairly easy. When fastening the legs to the table, snug the bolts only hand-tight. After fastening the frame, tighten the frame [A3] first, then finish tightening the legs to the table. Tighten all at once so the legs align at the same time. Don't forget to check and tighten the plastic feet on the leg bottoms. Chairs: like all knockdown furniture, insert bolts carefully hand tight only. Apply criss-cross. Tighten only at end. Bolts could strip, so align carefully (we had no problem). If you experience trouble with alignment on a particular connection, loosen the other bolt(s). There may be some resistance due to the paint. At one point, I thought that I would need to drill out a hole in the table leg- the bolt would not pass through the hole. Turned out to be the paint thickness; carefully threading the bolt through beforehand displaced the paint and solved this. Two people are helpful in steadying the parts in place, but assembly *can* be completed by one person. My daughter and I completed it in about 35 min. Hope this helps; it's not really a big deal and a nice set. We use it daily and after a month, it still looks new (under a covered patio). *Update: 5 months later... While attempting to clean off some persistent paint overspray from an outdoor paint project, I damaged several of the table slats by using a solvent-based cleaner. This was a pure bone head move on my part as the table top slats are 'plastic wood', so, yeah, I should have known better, but was in a bit of a rush 8-( The result, of course, was several discolored streaks on several table slats where the plastic dissolved. I contacted the vendor with the intent of purchasing several of the 'plastic wood' table slats that I could swap out. I made it clear that the negligence was mine and inquired if I could possibly obtain them. The table still looked great after this time. The vendor responded that they could *not* provide the individual table top slats, but instead offered to send a new table top for free. In the end, they covered the shipping as well! This was totally above and beyond any service I could ask for or expect. The replacement tabletop came in immediately within a few days. I am raising my review to 5 stars based on not only customer service alone but also overall product features. We have a stone patio, and the leg levelers compensate for any unlevel table wobble. I actually like the faux wood plastic table top, as it is simple cleanup (as long as you don't use solvent ;-) We use our patio set daily; it does look as nice as presented in the sales pictures.

Beautiful set, but chairs were a nightmare to assemble. Poor fabrication quality control
This is a beautiful patio dining set. Rugged, well-built, comfortable and the cushions are well-made and attractive. Table was easy to assemble. That's the good part. The chairs were a nightmare. Most screws would not line up with the threaded receivers welded into the frame. I ended up cross-threading several of them to the point they would no longer let me tighten them. I actually had to drill through the frame in a couple of cases and use some nuts and bolts to hold things together. As other reviewers said, it was an ordeal. Many choice words were said by me as I was cursing the manufacturer. And then there was the delivery nightmare. The set was shipped in two containers. That's fine, it is not practical to try to ship them all in one. The packages were heavy enough even in two boxes. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The table came in the time frame as per the tracking information. The chairs - a different story. Tracking information by Amazon conflicted with that of the shipping company (name of which is well-known). According to the shipping company's tracking data, the item was in their local distribution center for one week. Almost every day during that time, the tracking data said the item was on the truck and "out for delivery" and nothing arrived day after day. One day, the shipping company tracking data said that delivery that day was due to inclement weather. That day the weather at my house and at the distribution center (50 miles from my house) was perfect - not a cloud in the sky. I contacted the seller each day and was told that they would look into it. Still no results. Finally, after I threatened the seller that I will file a formal complaint with Amazon, they got it delivered - two weeks after I ordered it. My only conclusion after this fiasco was that the item must have been put on the truck and that the driver did not want to deal with it because it was so heavy, which it was. I had to open it outside and bring the chairs into the house individually, because my wife and I together could not lift the box. Even so, I am happy with the product - but not with the seller or the shipping company. Update: Although I stand by my review as described above, I would like to acknowledge that the seller of the product has reached out to me in hopes of making amends for my bad experience. I am happy to report that they have been generous in their offer to make our experience more acceptable to us. For this, I applaud them for good business practices. I understand that quality control in manufacturing, and indeed in the poor response of the shipping company, is beyond their control. I hereby accept their apology and encourage others that might have had the same issues to give them a chance to make things right. They obviously care. And we still love the product.

Nice patio set, quick delivery. Tricky chair assembly.
Our teak wood patio set was falling apart and we needed to replace it with something that resembled wood but would be sturdier from the weather. This set has the look of wood (table top), sturdiness of the metal legs and nice basket weaving design (chair backs and table edge). Overall the look is very high end. We recieved the table in one box, and the 4 chairs in another box (all required assembly). I was updated via emails and texts that delivery would be by UPS. Both boxes arrived at the same time, 2 days after the initial order. The packaging took me the longest, as each peice was individually wrapped with bubble wrap and tape. Took about 40 min to unwrap everything. The instructions are Ikea-esque and can be a little tricky. The table was easy to assemble solo and without power tools. I read previous reviews that mentioned the chairs being difficult to assemble and the screws not aligning with the screw holes, and I found that to be the case when I started on the first chair. If you follow the directions included you will have issues, but my husband suggested putting the chair together in the reverse order of the directions; this suggesstion turned out to be genius and worked perfectly for the chairs. So start by screwing the back of the chair to the seat portion and work backwards from there. Other than that, the table set is really nice looking and a good value price-wise. We are pleased with our purchase so far.

Excellent outdoor furniture
I wanted a table and 4 chairs for our small back patio. I didn’t want an all metal type but something that had a bit of character. This set didn’t disappoint a wicker theme on chairs and table. The top of table is very nice and easy to clean. So what about putting together? Well, it took about a hour - the chairs are the biggest time sink. The table was quick to put together. Nothing was really hard or complex. Instructions were fine but honestly wasn’t a lot to do. The chairs are very sturdy and I’ve weight tested them (yes large humanoids) and it held up to someone weighing 265 no issue.. the cushions are comfortable as well.. The little plastic caps they give you to put over the bolts is hit or miss though - most popped on and stayed on.. several did not so I just added a tiny amount of super glue to keep in place.

Damaged Table, No Chair Hardware, No Customer Service
Where do I begin. I assembled table first which took about 20 min. After turning it over I found several dents on the table top that weren't apparent prior to assmbley because of the light in my garage. Looks like it happened during manufacturing assembly as dents are from inside a channel. Pretty thin aluminum used and doesn't look like it would hold up to years of use. I tried contacting Pamapic Customer service via their hotmail email and a phone number that Amazon had in the product description (a google phone number). Got an automated email reply and a generic voicemail. I called Amazon who offered to give me a 30% discount for the table damage. I told them I hadn't opened the box with the chairs yet so I don't know if they are damaged but accepted the discount for the time being. Low and behold I opened the box with the chairs and found NO Hardware to assemble them. Called Amazon back and all they could do is offer me to return the item for a full refund. I had no option for a replacement of just the chair box or entire replacement. I then had to spend my time disassembling the table and packing it in box that looked like it went through a war already and then try and fit all the chair pieces back into their box. A total nightmare. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company so I don't know where all the positive reviews are coming from. Was not impressed with Amazon either as they wouldn't even compensate me for all the time and aggravation I had to deal with over the past 2 days.

Stylish and Sturdy 7-Piece Patio Dining Set
This 7-piece patio dining set is a fantastic addition to our outdoor space! The table and chairs are sturdy, well-made, and easy to assemble. The weather-resistant materials ensure durability, and the cushions are surprisingly comfortable. For the price, the quality is excellent, and it’s a great value for a complete set. Highly recommend!

Study, comfortable, nightmare assembly
The set looks fantastic and the wicker is very nice. It honestly exceeded my expectations. The cushions are good quality and appear they'll last quite some time. The huge issue here is the assembly. The chairs are an absolute nightmare to put together. I spent at least 30 minutes per chair and roughly 45 minutes on the table (most of that time from unwrapping all the bubble wrapped and then taped parts). On the chair, the holes which connect the seat to the back are both in terrible locations and would not line up properly on any of the four. Worse, I'd finally get it together and the dang chair wobbles. Figuring it must've been an error on my part in assembly, I loosen various screw combinations first - didn't fix it. Finally ended up losing every single screw and even tried to sit in it as I tightened them up only to find the same issue. On one of the screws connecting seat to back, I got about 3 spins into the thread and it got stuck and clearly crossthreaded. In trying to go backwards or forwards, I stripped the head of the cheap screws. Pulled out channel-locks and had to really muscle the screw in, praying I didn't break the head of the screw itself off (fortunately I didn't). Then came the table. It went together much easier but when I flipped it over afterwards, again, wobble (ARGH!!!)—and this time it's a HUGE wobble. I mean one of these legs is literally an inch off. The chairs were maybe 1/4" off, so it's a minor, barely-annoying wobble; but this table is horribly off. There is no way it's a matter of screwing it together differently or fixing it. Contacted seller and will see what they say. In looking at it, I just don't see how this could be fixed without replacing a leg. Will update if/when I hear back from seller.

Looks great!
This set looks great! The cushion is comfortable and everything seems very sturdy with good quality. I assembled this by myself. The table was quick and easy to set up. The chairs are the difficult thing to assemble. Everything fit together, but it was nearly impossible to get one side of the screws to tighten into the leg for each chair. I had to give up and leave about 1/4 inch of the screw head sticking out on one leg for each chair.
