Before and After are night and day.
The pictures might not show properly, but I can definitely tell in the control and feel of the replaced air shocks.I kick myself for not doing this sooner. 2 years of driving with bad shocks and towing a 27’ camper could have made life a lot easier. The quality of these feels amazing. The drive and quick performance is definitely noticeable.I think total time, by myself, one jack lift, and just hand tools was about 1.5hrs. So easy to install, but only because I already purchased the new air lines. I had to cut the old ones because they had fused into the old ones. New lines, new shocks, 2yr old Compressor… No Leaks anymore!!$130 for the shocks and no labor costs… or $900 for a shop to replace. I made the right choice

EASY INSTALL AND GREAT PRICE!!
Installed these shocks on my 2009 Tahoe LTZ with air-ride. I suggest you jack the vehicle very high (fully extend the shocks), place jack stands under frame and jack under differential (you'll need to raise the diff when installing). Remove the plastic inner wheel well cover (both sides), disconnect air line and sensor plug and unbolt lower bolt and then upper bolt. Upper is tight fit, I used an extension and swivel rachet. Make sure you install the shocks so that the connection for air and sensor are facing rear of vehicle. Spray bolt with some WD40 before remove...install is easier then removal. Overall...pretty easy...took little over an hour to do both sides. One more thing, before jacking and lowering the vehicle, turn on the ignition and allow compressor to pump up the shocks.Great fit...easy install and saved lots of money compared the factory original. The ride is nice!!
