This pre work is best I use it for first time and it’s result is very good and good in aslo taste.

Firstly taste is not good, i dont know why it has this much of rating. I feel beta alanine is not as much as it is written in box as i do not feel it and also caffeine is more than what it is written as you cant have good sleep after 7-8 hr of taking it. Overall my is not good, may be it work for beginners but not for those who are 6-8 months of gymming experience

Beta alanine kicks in quickly. Provided good energy for workout.

The taste is alright with good mixability. It's not very effective in giving a good pump 💪, I mix some creatine and Citrulline for achieving that. Where this shines is in removing all fatigue, you can go on pumping for an hour! But the major issue is the really bad itches you get within minutes of taking this due to the 6.5g of beta alinine. Complete deal breaker for me. The only option is to take half a scoop at a time. Definitely not buying this again.

Reviewing after 13 days use.Focus and energy 5 out 5, pump 4 out 5 but for strength 2 out 5, felt no ticklish like my previous pre workout but this is best pre workout in this price range, but if you are targeting for add more weights in your bench press , squads or dead lift then go for other, but this product is good to keeps you focused , pumped and energies for 2-3 hours. Maybe my previous pre workout was expensive, this is why I was able to lift more weights without fatigue.
