Concerned as to the longevity of this product
Overall the item is as per description, 10 feet USB C to lightning, braided strand sheath and seems to be of solid construction, however I was disappointed to find out that this item had previously been opened and as such I am concerned as to how much the item will last as I have no idea how the item has been handled in the past.

Quality product with Great Customer Service
I purchased a second order of these cables as the first order has lasted (1.5 years+ and still going) and still works very well with no sign of damage. There was a small error with my order, and Anker customer service was proactive at offering a solution. The customer service rep was very friendly and ensuring the problem was fully solved.
