Vidal Sassoon Pro Series Hair Color, 10 Extra Light Blonde, 1 Kit

I've had terrible experiences @ salons w/having my hair colored, especially for the light shade of blonde that I want..I stumbled upon this VS kit years ago & loved it..its PERFECT..has never ONCE left my hair brassy..I always have a beautiful head of extra light blonde hair after I'm done coloring....

I have washed out very light blonde hair with light grey roots. I wanted a little bit of blonde color, but mostly to cover the white/grey 1" roots. This stuff STINKS. Followed directions, left it on my hair for 30 min, and it did absolutely nothing...as if I did not even color my hair at all! Never again. I wasted 90 min in going to the store to stand in line, buy it, came back home as my white roots were depressing me...couldn't wait to get some color back in my hair and cover the roots, and it's as if I didn't do it at all! (I am not a newbie either at coloring, have been coloring my hair for 30 years now!)

BEST PRODUCT EVER FOR THE HAIR.

I found this at the dollar store, so for $1, I had to try it! Worked pretty well the first couple of times, but on the 3rd I noticed my hair was turning brassy, so I fixed with Revlon Color Silk Light Ash Blonde. May use this again down the road, since I bought so many at the dollar store! ha!

I picked this up at Walmart and I have to say WOW, this is hands down the best home color I have used. I had been using Nutrisse in Chamomile and liked it due to the gentleness but VS is even milder with excellent color result. There was no burning whatsoever and I usually get some degree of irritation so that says a lot. I had to stop using Loreal and Clairol because of the scalp irritation and drying of hair. I just used the VS today so I will update as to the longevity of the color. I'm glad I tried it and I hope that my Wegmans and other stores will soon carry it.A side note: I have shoulder length hair and one box barely covered it so if you have longer hair you will need two boxes.

Loved the color that Vidal Sassoon #10 gave my hair. It's hard to find a shade that has golden blonde tones. Don't like blonde shades that are platinum or beige toned. This one gave extremely good results. Only problem is finding this shade. The local stores in my area don't usually carry it. Will definately continue to use this product for as long as I can find it. Please Amazon continue to make Vidal Sassoon #10 available.
