Q: What color is the bulb? I’m looking for a orange type color.

The Sodium night light gives off a yellowish-orange glow. It is definitely different than the typical mercury security light that gives off a blue-type hue.

Q: Can you install flood light LED bulbs in this light fixture?

This lamp throws a LOT of light over a nice big area. Its an amber / yellow light that I really like versus the cold light of LED or Mercury or Incandescent lights. I find I see much better and farther with this color - the shadows are much less stark in our long and very dark Alaska winter nights. I can't imagine why you would want to put a flood lamp in it. I can't recall if there are electronics in the fixture or whether it could power a flood. Best ask the manufacturer. HTH

Q: is there an adapter for conduit installation, as in to fit a junction box?

I don’t know about a junction box, but you can attach it to a piece of conduit.
