My dogs all love this brand but Pumpkin is their favorite!
My Min Pin was diagnosed Diabetic in November, 2023. I was quickly on the hunt for a diabetic friendly treat for him. After trying others with zero appeal to my dog, I found these. We have tried all flavors and Pumpkin is the favorite. Even my other dogs love these, so it is a win-win. They can be a bit hard considering he has no teeth but I break them in four pieces and tiny bit of water to make softer and he loved them. Sadly I lost him on the 15th of August but I plan to continue to buy these for the other dogs that love them as well.

Monitor your dogs glucose levels if you give these treats
My dog had a continuous glucose monitor and I have been watching her glucose almost hourly for the past several days. I believe these treats spike her sugar levels. I stopped giving them to her and changed her back to her bacon treats and her sugars have normalized over the last 2 days. I am not sure what is in them but I am not 100% convinced they are for dogs with Type I Diabetes.

Makes my diabetic fur baby happy
Our dog absolutely loves these treats, and knowing they don’t have the calories and sugar most treats have, keeps us from worrying about him eating them now that he’s diabetic…he hates his new low-fat dog food, so his treats give him some happiness, 2-3 calories each, he gets 2-3 per day. I was afraid to order, kept reading how hard, but our Yorkie has bad teeth and he has no issues. Easy to break in pieces if I want also. I’ve only tried the sweet potato, but he is happy with these…

Hard as a Rock Dog Treat
I tried these treats with my diabetic dog hoping that she could eat them. They were sooo hard that it made it difficult for her to eat. I tried putting them in water (as stated on the bag) but they just either stayed hard or got extremely gooey. I want a quick and easy treat that my dog can enjoy right away. I don't think these are good for older dogs (my dog is 10 years old).
