POR-15 42038 Black Engine Enamel - 1 Pint : desertcart.in: Car & Motorbike Review: Goes on thick and is really tough. Deep black color. Kind of expensive due to shipping costs. Review: Nice finish, rock hard, covers well. Note: Do not get this on bare skin or anything you want to keep clean. It doesn’t come off, so wear gloves and a face shield unless you want to wear it for 2 weeks lol. I use this for several different applications; including engines, transmissions, and frame components. It will probably outlive me. If you do spill, hit it with a bunch of acetone quickly (or their cleaner) or you won’t remove it.

I knew this was gloss black but this stuff is way too glossy. Not a fan of the finish look and took weeks to fully harden even in higher humidity (all reading online recommended higher humidity). Would not use again

I tried this out on a steel engine (after prepping with some Klean Strip metal prep) and it actually stuck on there very well. So far haven't smelt anything off when it reaches operating temperature and nothing is peeling off.

What can I say some people love por15 some people not so much, I’ve had good and bad luck but if I use it the way it’s meant to be used it always come out good , consistent in color and viscosity and pretty rock solid when dry
