Used just a handful of times and all good so far. If all good after a few months Ii will probably give 5 stars.It toasts and looks fine so as expected. Therefore a good purchase.

Best toaster I've ever had!Browns slightly less on one side, which is ideal! Warming racks for the plates are great. Timer tells you how long left you have to wait.. colour is fantastic! Love love love this toaster!!!

This toaster worked fine - until it didn't. 10 months after buying it, the lever stopped working properly - it just wouldn't stay down. Apparently this is a common fault, often caused by breadcrumbs in the mechanism - but when I opened the toaster up I didn't find any. I gave it a thorough clean and tested again, but this didn't help. I could see how the lever is supposed to work: when the lever is pressed down, a metal plate on the lever mechanism comes into contact with an electromagnet which holds it in place until it's time to pop up. It seemed clear that the electromagnet was the problem - so I tested it with a small screw which I can easily pick up with a magnetised screwdriver. I held the lever down to ensure the power was on - but the magnet failed. Dirt cheap component, I presume. I won't be buying from this brand again.

Really nice looking toaster. Bought it to go with our new kitchen but it is very disappointing. Prepackaged bread doesn’t toast at the top. It’s as white as it went in. I’m having to turn the slices round so timer restarts which then results in burnt toast. The slots are just nowhere deep enough.
