I love the smell. It’s subtle and gentle. Suds perfectly and my puppy doesn’t appear bothered or irritated if it touches her eyes.

A little goes a long way with this shampoo, doesn't cause any teary eyes, no smell, really great product definitely buying again

Washed my puppy in this it kinda has a weird chemically smell. But it works well cleaned him well. He was definetly comfortable with the soap. Idk if I like the smell though so i might buy a different product next time.

My dog has super sensitive skin and this is the only shampoo that I've found that actually gives him relief, and I've tried at least 6 others. It smells really nice, relieves his itchiness, and makes his fur nice and soft.

I like products by Burts Bees, but I'm not super impressed with this one. This is my second bottle of puppy shampoo and slightly different than the kind I bought a few years ago. There isn't much of a scent. My puppy doesn't have any skin irritation or issues with it. My complaint is that I have to use A LOT of shampoo to get my dog clean. It doesn't get very sudsy and pretty much only washes right where you put the soap. You can't use a dollop and expect to wash the whole dog. I end up dispensing the product multiple times throughout the bath and I end up using so much shampoo in one wash because it just doesn't go very far. I will not be buying this again when I use up the bottle I have.

It cleaned my hairless dogs who do have hair on head & face, feet & tail but not on body. It seemed to also help my dogs skin with not drying the skin out. The little bit of hair was left soft & easy to comb

This is the best shampoo/conditioner I have ever used. I am thrilled and so is Habibi. He is so soft, like angora fur, easy to comb out and blow dry into a magnificent coat. I can tell he loves the way he feels and I do too. Really, the best ever and the price great!! (twice as much at Long's).

No smell and works wonderful

The shampoo is very gentle and being tearless I am able to scrub my white West Highland Terrier's head without concern I might harm him when soap touches his eyes.

I like the fact that this has mostly natural ingredients. You have to lather up a decent amount of shampoo though as it is quite runny. It doesn’t smell but cleans dirt well and leaves my pup soft and shiny.

Item came damaged, and there is no possibility either to return or replace item.
