A Traditional 2D Animator's go-to
This is the perfect companion pencil lead for any traditional 2D animator and draftsmen. It's not designed to be used or treated like graphite but its pigment is strong with power and won't require intensive pressure to draw with. Just perfect for laying in roughs before committing with a soft graphite clean up.Additionally along with the blue, these are top grade lead sticks! I cannot understand the controversy behind these coloured sticks unless others have sat on them, stabbed them onto paper, bent them or forgot to purchase a 2mm mechanical pencil holder. Will be ordering more in future orders.

very good, but a bit too soft, they break easily unlike the black leads.
very good, but a bit too soft, they break easily unlike the black leads.but still good product, works well with wood working. it is red colour, and it stands out..i have given it 4 stars because they are a bit soft, but maybe they still deserve 5 stars....

Nice colour
Very nice colour and erases well though just show a bit. I didn’t have the pencil size so I had to buy that separately.Since there is a few in there they will last a long time

Water-soluble
I bought this to use with my 2mm clutch pen for making under-drawings and I really enjoy it. It is soft and will likely break easily without a clutch pen. It is water-soluble so will wash and leave you with red marks when you combine with wet media, but this could be a good thing depending on what you want.

Surprisingly great!
These are surprisingly amazing. I bought these to use in my lead holders to do intial light sketches, but the lead is nice and soft and I can get lovely saturated areas of solid colour. Really great stuff and a great cheap price, I've already got three more packs and stocked up with other colours too! Great alternative to coloured pencils.
