The bands are just what I needed in help to exercise my near paralysed, leg due to MS, the only problem i had was not the product itself was the delivery - they knocked on the door and by the time I answered (I am disable and walk with a frame) they had left the two parcels including a very large box well away from the front door and had gone, I couldn't get them and had to wait for my son was available to retrieve them.

I needed something I could carry around with me which was also durable and these did just that! They arrived on time in a neat little bag which is easy to to pop into a bag or to carry around with you.These are incredibly versatile! You can do so many different exercises with these.I was afraid these would break as I’ve ordered a few before and they have not lasted but you can tell the quality on these are different and they’ve lasted me.So glad I purchased these and would highly recommend this brand to anyone as you can’t beat quality with a good price! Does not have a bad rubber smell like most do. Great quality material and super soft to touch.

Fantastic product and amazing price. Great quality material, very nice in touch, sturdy bands and folds fantastically into the provided bag along with a helpful manual it's literally a travel-sized pocket gym which means you can use them pretty much anywhere!I purchased these as I wanted a quick work out to help tone up and these have done just that!They are very flexible and easy to use with different vibrant colours, so very useful to identify what strengths you want - especially if you’re in a rush!Arrived quickly and in great condition - over the moon with this product would definitely recommend :)
