Going to try some recipes nearer Christmas. It’s a nice touch that she has also included some recipes for the cold dark months after the festive season too. Excellent book. Excellent book, will get you in the mood for festive baking
I have Sarah’s previous two books, and love them. This one is so good too! I love a Christmas cookbook, and the sweet recipes here are beautiful. So good to see what American Christmas baking is like (as opposed to here in the UK). Going to try some recipes nearer Christmas. It’s a nice touch that she has also included some recipes for the cold dark months after the festive season too. Excellent book.

I love the "Music to bake to" playlist at the end
The beautiful cover drew me in to this fantastic baking book. There are five sections: Morning Breads and Pastries; Holiday Desserts; Gift Giving; Beyond Christmas and Extras. It is packed with delicious sounding recipes alongside clear and illustrated instructions. There are lots of variations to try too. I love the addition of the "Music to bake to" playlist at the end, a really fun idea. Thank you to Sarah Kieffer, Chronicle Books and Net Galley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Fun book
Fun book for the festive season. Some nice recipes but not as many as I hoped.

My book just arrived today and wow. Not only do I love the look of the recipes themselves, the tips provided, but also way the recipes are introduced to the baker (the story telling). I was also impressed that the author Sarah, and her publishers cared enough to provide measurements that covered all corners of the world, imperial cup and that of metric weight measurements. Just need to decide on my first bake.

I am so glad that I ordered this book because the recipes are unique and I love the layout and pictures. Many of the recipes you can't find them in other baking books. I am going to buy Sarah Kieffer's 100 Cookie cookbook too because I know there will be lots of cookie recipes that are one of a kind inside
