I've been using dollar store hangers for far longer than I care to count. I decided to splurge simply because I wondered just how long I'd let myself use hangers that were too flimsy to hang a jacket on. These are *perfect.* One of the ratings asked if they are lightweight and, even though I answered that they are not, I didn't *want* them to be lightweight. I wanted them to be heavy enough to support garments other than blouses. Really, I'm very happy with my choice.
