For less than 20 dollars, I believe you get a fairly reasonable deal - but that said, there are some quirks of this being a cheaper product that may motivate you to spend more since not everything that is included in the bundle is enjoyable to use.When testing the containers for sealant quality, shaking it did end up leaking a significant amount of water that I filled it with. So, not recommended for soup or liquidy items. The twist seal jars included held up very well though in terms of leak proofness.However, the twist seal jars are also gratingly squeaky sometimes when opening them and produce an incredibly uncomfortable sound to my ears. This is by nature of them being plastic and not a heavier material and almost makes them unusable, so I might swap them with my own.The utensils are fairly decent all things considered. I noticed a small splinter on my fork, but after washing, it was gone.The overall size is decent and I could fit enough to be full inside both containers for a lunch or something similar. The exterior appearance is also good, and I like the semi hydrophobic plastic that is easy to wash. If you can get the whole deal for around 15-20, it seems like an OK purchase - just know that with a cheaper price comes cheaper quality.

Haven't tried it in the dishwasher yet, but the bamboo slat is removable and everything else can be washed! It arrived in great condition, with info and instructions, and it just what I wanted! I somehow missed that the compartment dividers are MOBILE, so you can adjust the relative sizes of the compartments in each layer! Even the sauce containers are sleek, pretty, and washable. I got the bamboo lid because I just found it too beautiful to pass up, even for the sake of convenience (because then, with a non-wood top lid, it would have been 100% dishwasher safe! But alas, my fondness for art has stopped that!) Thankfully, I now see that the lid slips out super easily, and the rest can be washed, with the lid gently wiped and set aside. I may also try "sealing" it with cutting board protector to protect it better. The silverware is super useful, and I love, love, LOVE that it has fork/knife/spoon AND chopsticks in the set--the fabric holder to keep them tidy and in order was a delightful surprise when I opened it, too. So simple, but so useful! The leak-proof seals were nice and even seemed air-tight. The little wings to make corners for lifting were really useful for that. It is just so pretty AND so well made! I really like it and I'm really pleased with this purchase. Definitely as described or better!

I purchased these stylish boxes and prepared them with care and love for our social gathering and festivities. This allowed me to show the team how truly grateful I was for all of their hard work. The team kept their boxes for going back to school. They all loved them.Great product, would be great bridal gifts if packaged with food for the day if a wedding and then they keep them as favors.

Still getting used to this for lunches, but the whole thing is easy to pack into my tote bag for work so I'm not fumbling with a tote, a lunch bag, etc. Still trying to get used to it as it sometimes feels cumbersome when I sit down for lunch vs just using a regular left over container. The nice thing is you can separate items and it has 2 small containers for sauces or salad dressings. Still working with it. I love the concept.

I bought the 40oz because I needed to cut down on my meal intake. The size is pretty reasonable for it being a Large but I guess to put it in another perspective on how you eat, I'd recommend the XXL (68oz) just to have extra space to work with. The strap and cover design (Mt. Fuji) is very nice and seems durable (I don't neglect anything I own to review durability quality), it's very easy to clean. It also has an air tight rubber pull tab (to pull lid off you have to pull it a little first don't yank it out all the way). To conclude it all, it's as described easy to work with and clean. I would buy again but in a larger size as a backup or replacement if anything happened to this one.

Perfect for breakfast and lunch. The two containers have removable dividers that make meal prepping (and clean up) a little easier. It's small enough to fit in bags but big enough to hold a decent amount of food. It even comes with two small tiny containers so you can bring your own seasonings and sauces/dressings.

I bought this for my daughter for her first "real" job after college. It works really well, it is convenient, easy to clean and assemble. Not to mention, stylish. Also bought the matching bag. It's a nice gift for young professionals.

I was constantly looking for a lunch container that was nicer and compartmentalized.... And boy did this bento box do the trick. It is very sturdy and durable, with an airtight seal. You can flip it in any direction without leaking.The modification aspect of the compartments is what really sets it apart. The removable dividers give the space a lot of flexibility. I highly RECOMMEND this for any lunches.

Ho letto alcune recensioni che si lamentano del fatto che i divisori non siano ermetici ed è vero (quindi se mettete qualcosa di liquido questo andrà nell'altra metà) ma bisogna comunque tener presente di che tipo di prodotto stiamo parlando.Si tratta di un porta pranzo stile giapponese, detto "bento". Se andate a cercare ricette per il bento vedrete che comunque sono incluse ricette abbastanza asciutte che possono essere mangiate a temperatura ambiente (questo bento può essere comunque messo nel microonde, il che è un ottimo plus). Io fino ad ora l'ho provato con questo tipo di ricette e ha funzionato egregiamente. Un ripiano è sufficiente per 100 grammi di riso più un piccolo contorno.Sinceramente se volessi portarmi dietro altre pietanze (pasta di formato medio grande, insalata, etc) probabilmente opterei per un altro tipo di contenitore.La pulizia è molto semplice e non ho avuto necessità di rimuovere guarnizioni o altro. Molto consigliato.

Die Umami Box ist großartig - einen Teil nutze ich für das Frühstück und den anderen für das Mittagessen auf der Arbeit. Die 2 großen Behältnisse haben mich bisher zuverlässig begleitet ohne auszulaufen. An dieser Stelle sei aber gesagt, dass ich an flüssigleiten maximal Salat mit Sauce darin befördert habe, also keine Erfahrungen im Bereich Suppen oder ähnlichem habe. Die mitgelieferten Abgrenzungen sind sehr praktisch, da sie flexibel eingelegt werden können und werden von mir auch genutzt. Dicht sind diese allerdings nicht, was ich nicht als störend empfinde. Die Behältnisse für Saucen nutze ich gern für Sojasaucen oder Salatsaucen. Hier kommt aber mein fehlender Stern: Den kleinen Behältnissen fehlt eine Abdichtung. Manchmal halten sie nicht ganz dicht. Sehr praktisch ist das Besteckfach und das mitgelieferte Besteck welches auch sehr robust ist. Für meine empfinden etwas zu robust denn durch das dicke Plastik ist es manchmal umständlich Salatblätter mit der Gabel aufzunehmen. Wen das wirklich stört kann das ja austauschen. Ich bin insgesamt allerdings total begeistert und werde sicherlich noch einige mehr bestellen. Zur Microwelleneignung kann ich keine Auskunft geben, da ich die Box darin nie verwendet habe.

Je suis satisfaite de ce set de lunchbox. Pratique pour y stocker le manger et même possible de compartimenter. Les couverts fournis et rangés est un plus fort appréciable. J'hésitais entre la taille L et XL, finalement L me correspond bien, la taille XL étant à privilégier pour les grandes faims. Je n'ai pas encore testé le produit dans un micro-ondes - à voir.

J'ai acheté cette boîte à bento car je mange en petite quantité le midi et que j'ai besoin de quelque chose que je puisse mettre dans mon sac, transporter facilement. J'avais besoin de quelque chose d'étanche, au cas où mon repas contient de la sauce (ce qui est régulièrement le cas) et ayant plusieurs éléments utiles, comme des séparations. Voici mon retour après quelques semaines d'utilisation :Points positifs :- La boîte à bento est super jolie.- Elle est aussi hyper facile à nettoyer, malgré les différents repas que j'ai pu avoir avec, rien n'est resté accroché, rien n'a nécessité de récurage ou autre, bref, au top. Je n'ai pas de lave-vaisselle mais vu l'aisance avec laquelle j'ai pu nettoyer la boîte (un simple coup d'eau suffit à décrocher d'éventuels résidus), je n'ai aucun doute que cela soit tout aussi satisfaisant avec un lave-vaisselle.- Si vous n'emportez - comme moi - qu'un seul compartiment, il suffit de placer l'élastique sur la longueur plutôt que la largeur et le tour est joué.- En achetant la boîte, j'ai eu le droit à une pochette gratuite pour la transporter, pour cela j'ai contacté le service client d'Umami qui est tout simplement adorable, efficace, gentil et attentif. Ils ont envoyé la pochette rapidement, ont assuré un suivi et se sont assuré qu'elle était bien arrivée chez moi. Un contact hyper agréable.- Les séparations sont efficaces. Les couverts tiennent bien et suffisent amplement à faire le job.Mes petits points noirs :- Les deux étages ne s'emboîtent pas correctement (pour le mien, je pense qu'il s'agit d'un problème ponctuel qui ne doit concerner que ma boîte à bentô) ce qui me fait craindre une étanchéité moyenne si j'ai besoin des deux compartiments.- L'étanchéité est partielle, j'ai eu pas mal de sauce qui s'est échappé une fois et ça a un petit peu été la catastrophe. Ça fonctionne très bien tant que le produit est maintenu à l'horizontale pour éviter de provoquer toute fuite. Lorsque la fuite a eu lieu, pour moi, je l'ai un peu ballotté sans faire attention donc c'est aussi de ma faute. La fois suivante, en emportant un pot au feu avec son jus, pas une seule fuite (alors que je vais au travail en trottinette électrique et en métro avec toutes les secousses que cela représente).Utile à savoir :La boîte est indiquée comme ne supportant pas plus de 600 en puissance au micro-onde et pendant pas plus de 3 minutes, je pense que c'est un truc à garder en tête, c'est précisé sur la page mais sait-on jamais. En ce qui concerne la boîte à sauce fournie, il faut surtout s'en servir pour des sauces épaisses, elle n'est pas du tout étanche.En somme, une très bonne boîte à bentô avec un service client au top en cas de besoin. Voilà !
