Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid - Organic and Natural Ingredients - by PEAK, 30ml

Let me first say that for the longest time I neglected my skin, without any real skin care routine and almost never wearing sunscreen unless I was going to be out in the sun for prolonged amounts of time and at the beach. I am paying for this now that I am in my late 30s whereby my face used to look very youthful (much younger than my actual age) and now the signs of aging are very apparent (at least to me). Also having had a baby 18 months ago and the resulting lack of sleep hasn't helped either.Being more interested in skin care as of late, I found out about Hyaluronic and Ferulic Acid and the benefits they provide to both preserve and maintain youthful skin as well as reducing wrinkles, fine lines, sun damage, age spots and the like.I came across the Peak Vitamin C serum, which immediately appealed to me as it contained both hyaluronic and ferulic acid and even more importantly, was mostly organic and free from any sort of harmful chemicals, which sadly many skin care products these days contain.I have been using this Vitamin C serum for the past 4 weeks now and I love it. At first I immediately noticed that my skin felt tighter. And more recently I noticed that the lines under and around my eyes (crows feet if you will) have become less deep and softer. The wrinkles are still there, but I believe it would take a magic wand to make them disappear completely and so quickly. In any case I will keep using this serum and see what happens!I would like to mention that the instructions provided recommend applying the serum twice daily. Unfortunately I did not heed this advice and was only applying it at night until just a few days ago. As soon as I realized this, I started applying it in the morning as well and noticed a big difference. In combination with a Vitamin C facial cream I have been using as well as another creme rich in shea butter that I put under and around my eyes, my skin is brighter, softer and glowing.I only wish that I had taken "before" photos so that I could show the improvement in my skin. But either way, I have included a photo showing the area around my eyes, where I have concentrated most of my efforts and seen the best results. I think now I will start to do the same routine on my forehead!I also loved the packaging that the Peak Vitamin C serum came in. It is beautifully designed and very professional. They even include a little insert with information about the serum as well as other products that they have. Nice extra attention to detail.

I have wanted to try a vitamin C serum for quite some time now. I went with Peak as it was reasonably priced and most importantly organic. Seeing as I put organic food into my body I think that is it important that what I put on my face should be the same. The Peak Vitamin C serum arrived to me within 48 hours of purchase. The serum comes in a nice packaging as shown in the picture. The box is clean and soft and the actual serum comes in a glass bottle with a convenient dropper. The dropper is perfect to get the serum in controlled amounts and thus avoid waste or too much coming out at once. As I received my serum in the middle of the day and already had my make up on I waited until the end of the day to take of my make up and apply the serum. With my face clean and dry I applied the serum to the trouble areas of my face - for me this my eyes and near my nose. I instantly felt my skin almost drinking up the serum. My skin felt refreshed and hydrated after using it. The other thing I really like about it is there is no added scent – scented products that get too close to my eyes tend to really bother me and cause my eyes to water and burn - this is not the case with eh Peak Vitamin C serum . I have to admit I have only just received my serum a couple of days ago but I am getting instant success in that I do feel like some crinkles around my eyes are starting to look less deep. I am excited for the next few weeks to come as I feel there will be an amazing decrease of the fine lines that have started showing up in the last year. I have been blessed with good skin and looking younger than I am - however I feel that age has started to catch up with me. The Peak vitamin C serum is a must in your daily routine. I was a little lost looking at all the products that one can use to help fight aging and I feel quite strongly that the Peak Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid is something you should be doing as a bare minimum. I do use my regular moisturizer once the serum has absorbed but I use drastically less than I had been using before.

I ordered multiple skincare and hair care products from Amazon that were shipped to me in 1 box. This product was the only product in the entire box that was damaged upon arrival. I thought it was okay because it’s just cardboard, then I took the bottle out, and it’s just as scratched and beat up as the box was. Was also very surprised to see that a 98% organic skincare product didn’t even have a seal ring on the bottle, and the cap was loose. I was so sketched at this point that I decided to test it out on my hand first. After 15 minutes, my hand does feel hydrated, and it tightened the skin for sure, but it leaves a pretty sticky residue. I’m not sure if this is the consistency it’s supposed to be, as the packaging was so damaged. Does what it’s supposed to, not a great presentation, and if you don’t like residue then this product may not be the best option.

I received the serum on Oct 1st and it has been exactly a month after which I am reviewing this product. I have some acne scaring (pitted) and wanted to use this serum to see if it smoothens out the texture of the skin (especially healing the scars).Well, I must say it definitely does the job. My scars appear visibly healed. The redness of the scars has faded. I apply it immediately after the shower in the morning and before going to bed on a clean face. I layer it with some gel based moisturizer However, it has been only a month of trial. I will have to wait and watch of how far the effectiveness goes.(i.e Does it have a plateau stage?). The texture of the serum is extremely light weight and goes on the skin very smoothly. My skin doesn't feel stretched or dry (Sometimes I don't even use moisturizer). All in all good so far.

It's a good product I just assumed it would be more moisturising than what it is.

This seurm does what is says. I bought it mainly because I have have Hyperpigmentation issues and I have been using this daily for a couple of weeks the brown is starting to diminish. I normally apply it 15 mins before my moisturiser to give the serum a chance to sink in, but this leaves your skin smooth and hydrated so could be used alone.

I have been using this product for over a month now and I must say this is one of the few products that delivers as promised. It applies very nice and smooth. Does not irritate my face. I use it in the morning and at night. I hate to put anything on my face thats the least bit greasy or heavy. This stuff penetrates right in to the skin - it's like having nothing on your face. I recommend this serum - it's a great product at a super affordable pricel
