While this product isn't botox, it also does not require one to inject dead microbiological organisms into your face. Hyaluronic Acid is a natural ingredient in skin, and so I feel I am feeding my skin actual nutrients that it can use to keep my face young, vibrant, and smooth. While yet, at first it may look like it is "peeling", it stops flaking off after use - make sure you spritz your face with your favorite face water before applying, and allow it to air-dry. Don't use a hair-dryer! No, no, no! The idea is for the acid to soak deep into the face and dry there...not superficially and artificially dry with a hair dryer on the surface. I love how my old acne marks are disappearing and the redness of my skin is evening out. I can actually go out without wearing any makeup now....this couldn't happen two years ago. (How long I've been using the product). I can't go a day without this product, otherwise, my life just doesn't feel right. I love how firm and shiny this serum makes my face, without an oily, icky, or heavy feel. I use it in conjunction with a microderm machine. Together, it does wonders for a home treatment for youthful skin. It soothes my face immediately after a microderm session and actually makes it tighter! Creases are puffing out - which means my wrinkles have stopped forming and my face is correcting itself....back in time. I used to have beginning creases on my forehead and beginning to develop smile lines. This stuff helps me battle the creases before it gets worse. If you have severe wrinkles, I don't know if this would be a miracle serum, but as a preventive measure for beginning-to-age faces, this is a secret that I won't reveal to anyone that knows me in person. I am in my mid thirties and everyone thinks I am early twenties - even at times, a teenager! While I don't get off on flattery, it is a testiment that I am doing something right with my face....and this and the microderm machine are the only two products I use on my face. (Besides a cleansing face soap). ***UPDATE: 1/13*** For a Christmas present, I received a facial at the local medical spa. They used so many toxic face products that I wanted to take a long shower, which I did after the facial. However, I did receive a facial analysis done by this really cool machine. It breaks down the skin into 10 different problem areas based on 100 women + or - 5 years your age. Anyway, I scored in the top % for wrinkles, meaning most women in my age bracket have MORE wrinkles than I do. Now, I may be genetically gifted - BUT I scored middle of the road for sun damage (I have never used an SPF) and I scored low for bacteria on my face. So with that said, I began to change my ways. I realize my "natural cleanser" - (I was using cyclic, with claimed bacteria fighting nanosilver) was NOT doing the job! OMG!! Aaaand, I don't care what the hippies say, SFP is needed if you want to protect your face from sun damage. Long story longer, I recommend this product because my wrinkles are non-existent, however, just because something is "natural" doesn't mean it works. I have since began using skinmedica's facial cleanser, toner, (this hyaularic acid on top), then the spf. My face is now where it needs to be - everyone is different, but I learned a lesson that 100% natural products aren't always better - why pay for natural products that don't work, just to live out an ideal?

Spend the extra dollars to get an HA product that truly works miracles. I first discovered HA as a biological based supplement from Chicken Coombs for arthritis and was amazed with the inflammation reduction and skin improvement. After several years this version completely disappeared from the market and the botanical based HA, less effective and cheaper, made the rounds. Well, since I can no longer purchase the biological based I was on a mission to locate the highest quality plant based product. Not a straightforward task! So, onto a gazillion product reviews and ingredient research. I first tried a topical Trader Joe's HA serum with limited results. Then I decided to splurge and purchase the most expensive product to see if I could achieve similar results to biological based formulation. Happy to pronounce this item is definitely a winner folks. I use a dermaroller, HA facial spray, then apply a few drops to face and wake up to a dew drop shimmer of slick sheen skin, YES! This is the not my first purchase of this. I am on my second bottle, which I purchased on amazon which was 12 dollars less than the health food store in HI. Unfortunately the shipping was over ten dollars so I did not save much. I will say the bottle I bought on Amazon looked fuller. The may have sold me a sample bottle. It lasts so long that I really can't compare packaging,except the box. I am 58 and have worked outdoors most of my life . This is an awesome product and I have been dealing with a skin care professional on the mainland for ten years. I can't justify spending that kind of money anymore ,but this stuff if not greasy and my skin feels soft and smooth. My skin looks better and I feel good using it . It is part of my daily regimen and I will continue to use it. One bottle last about three months using it once a day at night. sometime I use it twice a day. I also find I don,t need to buy expensive moisturizers.

The first few pumps were water like (never happened before with this product in over ten years). After that it has been as good as it has been in the past. Just felt it was important to share this as my initial review was quite negative. Otherwise this has been an excellent product which I have recommended to others.

**EDIT** I just received this order again. The box looked like it was trampled. The serum is leaking out of the bottle and the plastic seal looks completely different than what it's supposed to be wrapped in. The bottle looks so old, the numbers on the side are faded and the box is yellow. I sent an email with several pictures and the company called me and is sending me another bottle the same day! I am very impressed with their customer service, integrity and I will be a returning customer! This Serum has helped to even out my skin tone. I do not wear any makeup and this is a nice addition to my morning routine. From what I've experienced after 4 months (one bottle lasted 4 months), it improves the 'appearance' and works like a substitute for makeup. I've just ordered another bottle! I use half a pump every day mixed with my moisturize (on damp skin).

I first purchased this hyaluronic acid at my local natural food store. After the first purchase, they stopped carrying it. I was lucky enough to find it on Amazon. I have tried many hyaluronic acids and have not seen a lot of results. With hyalogic however I have seen the most improvements on my fine lines. I use it daily on top of Vitamin C followed by sunscreen. I couldn’t be any happier and always have a spare in my cabinet so I never run out!

I had a lower bleph (cosmetic treatment of bags under my eyes), which produced unsatisfactory results. My surgeon and I agreed to a second procedure to address my complaints. This happened last month. In the meantime I started using the HA serum. My wife--yes, I'm one of the few males who admits to caring about his facial appearance--noticed that my skin was glowing and looked well moisturized. I thought that I could see the difference as well. Of course, the HA did nothing to correct the bags and dark circles; that's a structural problem that can only be corrected by surgery. Anyway, I went back to my surgeon yesterday. He immediately noticed that my skin looked healthier and more vibrant. He thought that I had used a product that he recommended. He wasn't surprised when I told him that I was using HA instead. Regardless, if a prominent cosmetic surgeon can see the difference, then I have to conclude that the HA serum is legit. As someone else mentioned, the product is expensive, but if used as directed, it will last a long time. I thoroughly wet my face to the point where it is dripping. I then squirt one pump of serum onto my fingertip, and dab it around my face. I then lightly massage it in. The one pump more than covers my entire face. As for the bags under my eyes, the surgeon's latest effort looks promising. However, I won't know if it is truly a success for a few weeks. I'll let you know if I'm still happy with the surgery then.
