Great formulation!
I love this formulation because it gives my patients sustained Berberine levels as opposed to the rapid release of typical Berberine products. Helped with sleep and weight loss
My nutritionist suggested my sleep issues (waking up at 1-2am) could be caused by fluctuating glucose levels. I tried this product after researching the difference with regular berberine and have been so happy—I regularly sleep 8 hours a night now and I’ve been losing weight at a healthy pace. Definitely recommend 1000%

Cause explosive diarrhea
Took this about 2&half to 3 weeks. Had 4 bouts of diarrhea... anti diarrhea pills would help couple days but the probs not worth it.
