Crazy for Coconut
love this brand of coconut bar. It is vegan, but surprisingly has a great taste and the chocolate melts well in your mouth. Never greasy, just rich and good. These are a staple in our house and we are not vegan. Just love them.

coconut very chewy
I didn't remember the coconut being so chewy. I think they must use completely raw coconut in this bar. I kinda wish they toasted it first or something. The flavor is good so that really is the only drawback other than the price.
