These worked perfect for my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. My 3 yr old saw me open it once and figured it out, but my 2 yr old autistic child hasn't been able to figure it out yet. They are VERRRRRY sticky and don't come open when you pull the door handles.

These are super easy and quick to install, literally just peel and stick. They are easy (for grown ups) to open, and keep my toddler out of drawers and cupboards effectively.

My children and grandchildren, in the past, have slammed the outside refrigerator and freezer doors; the doors did not close several times and I lost so much food in my huge freezer, as well as my refrigerator. So, I put these on my doors so that my friends and relatives will have to unlock the strap before opening it and will REMEMBER to lock the strap back on. I haven't had a problem since I did this. The door on one of my freezers leaks (even though I have replaced the gaskets twice). So, I added more of this product wherever the gasket is loose and now I don't have a problem. A couple of the locks on my freezer door did not stick very well, so I used super glue to attach them firmly to my freezer and I didn't have a problem after that.

These are excellent. No way can these just fly open. I work on a 53’ truck and the fridge on there, we used to tape it shut so it doesn’t fly open while the truck is in motion. These actually worked! So easy to install and use. I was skeptical at first but it really works. I highly recommend this product

I bought these May 8th, 2024, I installed one on my freezer door. the Purpose was to help hold the door more securely shut because the seal is getting inflexible.It works great for that purpose. When I installed it, I cleaned both areas where it would adhere with 91% isopropyl alcohol and made sure it was completely clean and completely dry.I put the release side on first, I peeled off the liner for the adhesive and pressed it onto the side of the freezer and I let it cure for 24 hours without being under any stress or pressure.The next day, I measured and placed the second part with it's adhesive on the door of the freezer.. I did not engage the latch, I just let the adhesive stick and cure to the surface for another full 24 hours.Afterward, assembled the latch to be taut and locked it.I am really happy with how well it holds and how easy it is to unlatch one handed. Sometimes it won't close back unless I use two hands to fully pull the spring back so it can catch.Today, June 24th, 2024, exactly 45 days after installing, the factory adhesive just popped off on its own.So, I basically can expect these to last only 45 days under casual use. I am the only one accessing this freezer and I use it at least once a day, maybe up to 3-4 times a day. The latch itself is easy and uncomplicated. It is not being pulled on by children or pets, so it is not under constant strain or stress as it is intended. to be used I am disappointed the adhesive only lasted 1 ½ months.I re-stuck the adhesive today and will see how long before it pops off again. I suppose I could use another factory adhesive pad, but I may as well just use some E6000 for all the good the adhesive pad does if it pops after only 45 days of casual use. I'm still glad I got it, despite the adhesion issue.

These adhesive straps are a lifesaver! My 2-year-old can't get into anything anymore. They stick to pretty much any cabinet or drawer, and they're super easy to install. No more worrying about little fingers getting pinched!

I have a very curious cat, and these stopped her from getting into all of my cupboards. I believe they would work well for children/toddlers too. They are easy to use and hold up well. At first, it is a little awkward to open them, but that passes quickly. I have moved apartments, so I got to take them off too. They were on wooden cupboards. I can attest that they did not cause any damage or marks when removed. Easiest removal is to get a rubber spatula or dull dinner knife under one corner and then slowly apply pressure. The sticky pad will come off all at once.

I have these in several spots for childproofing and I find them to be very hot or miss. They are somewhat fragile and when they fail a small metal spring comes flying out. Dangerous if your baby manages to break it themselves. Some of them have had no issues and others have broken after a day.

These are great for my small freezer for when I fill it up and it doesn’t have room inside for the door to compress/ vacuum the air to seal it. Easy to apply and work well.

Doesn’t work well on toilets. Fell off after just a few weeks. Easy to install, but hard to readjust length because the clip for adjusting the length is hard to close.
