one out of the three printheads don't work. So beware? I discovered this, sadly, after the return window since I was getting it for the future when I needed to replace the printhead right away. Sadly, it kept telling me to "reseat" and the printer wouldn't accept it. When I put in the old printhead, it accepted it, so it's the actual cartridge itself and not the machine.

I have… well used to have thanks to this product… two HP T790s. One needed a new printhead so I ordered this to see if it was okay to use non-HP genuine. I tried it and kept getting an error message that it wasn’t registering. After that I foolishly tried it in the other unit to see if maybe it was my printer that wasn’t working or if it was this printhead. Not only did I get the same error message in the second unit, now even when I try to use genuine HP printheads it still gives me the message and I have now ruined two separate units trying to use this aftermarket product. Stay far far away not worth it. Pay the extra and get the genuine.
