Canon G6020. Black ink stopped printing. Multiple cleanings had no effect. I ordered these replacement print heads. At first, I thought they were ink cartridges and was going to return them. The packaging is a little misleading. After double-checking what I ordered, I cut into the packaging and was happy to see they were print heads (vice print cartridges). I installed them per the Canon video and we are back in business! Next time, I might try the cleaning kit first. If that doesn't work, this replacement option will be my fallback.

We ordered printer heads recently, come to find out the black head is no good. We tried to all the necessary maintance on the printer, used cotton swabs alcohol to clean the contents and the bottom of the head, still would not work. Went to have it checked out at a computer place was told I did everything right to make it work. They said it sounds like a bad black head. Color works find

I live in a dry, high altitude area and printer heads dry out if not used regularly. I have tried cleaning heads, but it seldom works well. These print heads, when installed, immediately restored my printer to like new. Instructions for installation were a bit general -- follow your printer's maintenance instructions to replace the heads. The replacement is fast and only takes a couple minutes, followed by initiating an alignment cycle. It has been over a month since installation and they continue to perform. (I am ensuring I print a full color page periodically to keep heads from drying out and plugging.) These heads are a good lower cost option over factory new parts and so far are holding up well.

The color print head (CH-20) clogged on my Canon 2260 (rather new - I have printed <= 50 pages) - prints missing YELLOW. Tried to clean the print head, however the nozzle broke off leaving me stranded.Tried my best to get one from AliExpress - ordered twice and both times they sent me the wrong product (bummer) - once they sent ink and the other time they sent BH-20 (not CH-20). So I ordered from Amazon.Works OK. I will use this Canon printer until all of my ink runs dry and then I'm getting a Brother.Summary: I have no complaint with the Cocopas Remanufactured Print heads that I purchased.The print head works and I am 100% satisfied.

Since Canon is out of stock on print heads this was my alternative. Both color and black print heads work fine with no adjustments needed.

The printhead was fine for everyday text printing, labels. But for high quality printing, not so good. Alignment was always a little off and the colors didn't always match previous prints.The worst issue...I printed just over 500 sheets since I purchased the printhead 30 days ago and guess what....It no longer works. Print head failure! Not cool. My original print head lasted 5 years. I am not happy with the product. I doubt it has a warranty period.

Canon G7020 is brand new - printed the first test page just fine but after sitting idle for a week, I could not get a drop of ink to show on the paper - cleaning, flushing and whatnot did not resolve the problem thus I’m grateful that I was able to find these replacement printheads!Installed them in a minutes time and was able to prints nice crisp colored pages … would recommend to family and friends <3

Received on time as expected and in good condition, the only issue the B print head clogged after a couple hundred print pages.
