I started using this stuff at the recommendation of a friend and my hair has never been as healthy looking. I first wash with a volumizing shampoo then apply this on the lower 3/4 of my hair surpassing the roots. After use my fine straight hair is shiny and more manageable naturally, without the heaviness of a moisturizing conditioner not designed for oily hair. Using this also keeps my hair oil-free for longer so I have to wash a bit less compared to when using other normal conditioners. I actually even got compliments on my hair from a coworker after switching to this product and I always make sure I take some when I am traveling for any event because it does my hair so well and makes it look healthy and smooth. This shampoo made my hair soft and shiny but it smells so bad that I can’t use it. I can smell that it’s grapefruit but it screams cat pee to my nose. Regretfully I won’t use it. If you love grapefruit you might love it.
