Q: Can the blade be sharpened?

The main blade can be unscrewed and easily removed for sharpening on a stone. With that said, the julienne blades, I think, would be next to impossible to sharpen. I have been using my Benriner mandoline quite regularly for about 20 years and have noticed no tendency for them to become dull. If I find my julienne blades getting dull in the future, I will just buy replacements.
