Good quality supplement, works well for me

Good pills, easy to swallow, no bitter after taste, my friend recommended as she says they help to make you feel full, so you don’t over eat, good value for Money, would highly recommend!

Bought the same brand for 5 years worked fantastic and highly recommended if taken correctly. Alas like most things today, the quality started to drop and the price went up to a point it had a negative effect. So trying other brands which ticked the same box until i bought these. Only been taking these for a few months but results are very good. Would be 5 stars but i shall give it 6 months trial first.

Good product that aids the digestive system a lot. The capsules are rather large however, so those who struggle with swallowing pills should be mindful of that. Otherwise, these do exactly what you expect and I certainly have had no side effects from continued use. They are good value, regularly discounted and have zero taste. Overall, I recommend this product if you can swallow larger pills.

It doesn’t work for me.

Always in the cupboard should my dogs get a runny tummy for any reason. It bulks up the dog with a dose of fibre and helps them return to normal poops. Consult your vet if you’re are worried first like I did.

These definitely work. My digestive system is hugely improved and the discomfort I was feeling has significantly lessened. Set yourself an alarm to take it consistently. I will definitely be adding this to my daily diet .

These are brilliant if you have IBS they really help move your bowel and firm up your stools

This is a great fiber source. It has really helped with bloating. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. Will definitely purchase again.

I only gave it 4 stars because I tried a different brand that promised more, but no sure it is as good of a fiber supplement for someone with IBS
