Best pumice for soles of feet
I am 82 and have used many products for the soles of my feet. This is by far the greatest. Wouldn't consider anything else.

So useful
This pumice stone works great at exfoliating my feet. I have always gotten dried feet during the winter months but this year was real bad. The heel of my right foot was so cracked and dry it hurt to walk. I tried foot ointment but that alone did not do the trick. I was skeptical about an item like this but honestly it works wonders. I soak my feet at night and then gently scrub the dry parts with this pumice stone. It is gentle while working very well. It is amazing to see the dried skin accumulating on the stone. Hygiene is of the utmost importance. You must keep rinsing the stone to keep it clean. After a week of use I can now use this every night if need be. It helps so much to clear the flaky skin away so that when you put your cream on (I use O'Keefe's) it is soaked right in. This stone is easy to hold and a great addition for the care of dry cracked feet.

Works better than regular pumice stone but needs better quality control
I have been using the regular grey pumice stone to remove dead skins under feet for years. It works but it can be frustrating sometimes and it could cause pain. I ordered one just to give it a try. To my pleasant surprise, it works much more effortlessly and it doesn’t hurt my skin. I agree with a lot of reviewers that the suction cup is not quite useful. I like the lava stone so much that I ordered a second one as a spare. The second one I received to my disappointment, has a big crack line at the bottom and the edges of the crack feel sharp to touch. One star off for quality control. No one likes to receive a defective item that they have to hassle with a return. That said, I would recommend it. It is a wonderful without the crack.

I’ve tried EVERYTHING and this worked!
I’m so glad I found this! Over the last year or so I’ve developed very dry and cracking feet, both on my heels and closer to my toes. When I first noticed the issue, I tried some Heel Genius by Soap and Glory. It was okay but didn’t last more than a couple of hours. I moved to using aquaphor and wearing socks over that. Again, it moisturized, but the underlying problem was still there daily. Finally I caved and bought a pair of $20 socks that were supposed to somehow fix even the driest feet, even though there was no actual product in the socks themselves. The reviews raced about how these worked so well, but they did absolutely nothing for me. From there, I was getting hopeless and bought Gold Bond foot cream. Now THAT stuff works! I was noticing that my feet were ALMOST back to normal, but there were still some tough spots that just wouldn’t absorb the moisture. So, I bought this pumice stone. For $6, this stone scrubbed the tough, dead skin right off my feet. Now I can use this once a week, and I follow it up with the Gold Bond foot cream. That combination has given me back the confidence to wear sandals and go barefoot at night without my feet catching on the sheets. I’m so glad I bought this.

My Thoughts as a Nail Technician
I'm a nail technician and using this stone on my clients is amazing. The synthetic stones don't get enough dead skin and the "razor/grater" might cut the client. I don't like using the grater at all, it makes me and the client feel uncomfortable. Using this stone in lieu of the grater is the best solution I've come across. A little bit of cuticle softener and callous remover and voila. Its course enough to "shave" down enough of callouses to where they don't come back worse and smooth enough to run over the top of the foot safely without harming the client.Regarding the order itself, I had ordered two. When I received it, one was perfect. As for the other stone, not so much. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one, free of charge. They even let me keep the old one, even though I insisted to pay for return shipping. I am forever thankful for their generous and caring customer service.Overall, I give the company and its product a 10 out of 5 (10/5).Edit: Please make sure you rinse/scrub the stone after use. It will not dull the stone at all. Do this to prevent skin build-up within the stone and to prevent unpleasant odors. It's optional, but recommended that you place the stone in a sterilizer with a UV lamp as well.

Love it!
Ooo.. okay so I received this in the mail yesterday and jumped in the shower just to use it.Pros:Usually I scrub with my loofah (and literally count to be sure I scrubbed 50-100 times) at the same spot to get rid of my ingrown hairs. I have to do this at least a week before I go anywhere showing my legs.... this pumice stone did that with just 5 scrubs. (Couldn't do more, my skin hurt a bit.. but then I do have sensitive skin and I'm a baby)I could see the dirt/dead skin washing off my skin on top of colored tiles.. Honestly amazing!Comes with a small suction hook that actually works and stays on the wall with the stone hanging on it!!Cons:Please wait at least 5 minutes of being under the shower or in a bath prior to using this on your skin. It feels like something coarse is against your skin - but then this is in the directions so not really a con..Would recommend lathering yourself up
