As soon as you buy through Amazon. People from M/s Earthroam (actual seller of this card) will call you. They will tell to cancel the Amazon order and lure you to give you better deal. They will send a tariff (but will not tell you from which Service Provider - AT&T, Verizon and T-mobile). Once you buy, you will get Lyca SIM which does not work properly. Amazon should ban M/s Earthroam and try to get it from other seller if possible.Best option - use Whatsapp and Airtel International Roaming.

I travelled to Florida for a week and I got the unlimited data and text. I activated it on the website which was easy and straight forward. The next day it was activated. Just before crossing the border I put the sim card in. Once I got over the border I turned the phone on and it worked immediately for all my data needs. The data was fast all down Interstate 75 and throughout Florida and back up home. It worked great all week. I got the 10 day sim card. 💥The ONLY bad thing was I could only get incoming calls and I couldn't actually make any outgoing calls. This worked for me but it may not be optimal for somebody else.

I admit, I was a little worried when I ordered this SIM card. I wanted something to activate a phone for the 6 days my son was off at camp. On the surface, this seemed to fit the bill perfectly for only around $20. Lots of reviews here talked about problems though.It fit the bill perfectly.I used the website to activate the card on Thursday. The card was activated and working on Friday. We popped it into the phone and had an immediate cellular connection. We drove to a small town in Kansas the next day, 3 1/2 hours away. The phone worked the whole way. While at camp, my son had full use of voice, text, and data. After being picked up, it continued to work for the full 10 days advertised.I will definitely buy one of these again for other trips like that. It was cheap and worked perfectly.

Usually I wait and buy a SIM card when I get to the country that I am visiting, but decided to give this a try to save $ on my roaming fees. Product arrived as described and was simple to install. It can take up to 24 hours to activate so make sure you do it before leaving on your trip. Mine’s took about 12 hours - I received an email to say that it had been activated so I knew before leaving on my trip. After going through the land border at Quebec/Lacolle into the USA, it took about 5-10 minutes before going live. So far so good - it is working great with no issues of lagging internet. Used it for the GPS on the 10 hour drive through the USA and my husband and I share it using hotspot whenever needed. I will definitely be buying more of these for future trips.

Received my 3 SIM cards, submitted activation form supplying all 3 SIM numbers and triple checked that I entered all numbers correctly. Didn’t get any confirmation for 48 hours. Finally confirmation email stated 2 of the 3 ordered cards were activated. However, only one card worked the other two did not. Tried the other two cards with multiple phones (both iPhone & Android), couldn’t get them to register with the cell tower. Called Amazon for a refund.

Don’t use this SIM if you need customer service or to have your SIM activated on time. I missed an entire day of service because my SIM was not activated until the second day ofmy trip. I was unable to get any reply via the customer service email address, and multiple requests to get my SIM activated were ignored. Once my SIM was activated, the T-Mobile network worked very well, but the late activation meant that I had no phone service for the entire first day of my trip unless I used my Canadian SIM. Using my regular SIM for one day cost me almost as much as the price of this travel SIM.
