So far so good!
This is my first time ordering from Southern bulb co and I’m super impressed with the quality of bulbs I received and they arrived early! They were all in great condition, no mold or soft spots, and a bunch of different sizes. Here on the gulf coast, spider lily season is just ending and the blooms are starting to wither. I put these bulbs in a couple of pots and in some sun. I’m not expecting much growth for a while due to it being October but I have faith I’ll have some pretty blooms next hurricane season. :) these are the best bulbs I’ve ordered online and I 100% will be ordering from this seller again. There’s even a very informative QR code for a video for some tips and tricks for the bulbs I ordered and a printed letter of personal suggestions from the seller. I found it super helpful! I will come back to update with some photos if I get any growth this fall but I certainly will be back next year to upload a photo. 10/10

Met all expectations.
The bulbs delivered right on time. All the bulbs were fresh and had small green sprouts. Everything was as expected.

Awesome
Leaves will die off and then a flower will bloom. Unlike the other bulbs, this one bloomed much earlier than expected (especially since I've been keeping them indoors).I got a bit worried because all the leaves were dying, but the bulb's roots were digging into the soil extremely well. Their leaves are now all back.

Worth the money
This flower is so so so pretty. Even though it naturalizes this is my second order. To see the flowers pop out when summer is ending does my heart good. The price on these is less than other sellers

Never grew
I bought these and they never grew. Ended up getting some from a different vendor and those grew fine.

I ordered 1 pack of 10 bulbs of red lycoris flowers (Red spider Lily); The package was delivered to my house 3 days faster. The bulbs are still fresh, I proceed to plant immediately after. The in box have Includes instructions on how to grow and care for the this flower. It's very good for me to plant and care for these Lycoris. Hope they will sprout and bloom soon . I would also like to have more Lycoris in other colors.

Took TWO seasons to come up!
I initially gave this a 4-star because I planted them in August 2021... got very pretty blades (leaves) but no flowers. But today (~2 years later!) I noticed a funny thing poking out of the ground outside my window... turns out that ALL 10 bulbs are now flowing!! I thought they were dead, because all the foliage was dried up or gone, with this terribly hot summer we just had in Texas. And there are still no blades, just flowers! And they all came up literally on the same day. Hope they are beautiful once they open!Update - they opened 2 days later - beautiful!!

Now we wait!
Very excited to receive these bulbs. They were shipped fast and in good condition. I planted them right away. The hard part will be waiting a couple seasons for them to bloom.
