Our community gym had these gliding discs, which were prescribed for my husband’s PT after hip replacement therapy. My daughter’s soccer trainer also used them often so when we moved and created a home gym, they were top on our purchase list. They slide very easily on both carpet, tile and hardwood/LVP flooring, without any scratching. They are very versatile and easy to use for a variety of strengthening moves, with my faves being legs, core and upper body, and easy to pack what makes them great for traveling. They are are a great value for the money, and I highly recommend them!

They work way better than the ones i had before. These are bigger and your feet stay on them. If you’re looking for gliding discs these are the ones to get.

They’re great for lower body mobility exercises.

These are the exact slides that is used in Club Pilates, which I go to. They slide really well and I would call them professional grade.

Good for folks chair ridden.

These work great, even on my gym mats. I ruined another brand of sliders on my concrete floor and came up with a whole alternative that really wasn’t working. I tried these out and I wish I had purchased a long time ago! They’re great, slide super easy and seem like they’ll hold up well.

If you look at the size of the other discs from Amazon, they are quite a bit smaller than these. This makes a huge difference. I tried the smaller ones and these sliding discs are perfect. I love the extra width.

Review related to the fabric ones with stitched edging (there is also plastic options for carpet). These slide great on hardwood and smooth hard surfaces. Haven’t had it long enough to know the durability yet.
